At Bioshe, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed and the procedures you must follow.

Refund Eligibility
We process refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and product integrity.
Full Refund Conditions:
You are eligible for a FULL REFUND if:
- The item received is not the same as promoted in our advertisements or store listings
- The product description, specifications, or images were materially different from what you received
- You received the wrong product entirely
No Refund Conditions:
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- The item received matches our product descriptions and promotional materials
- You simply changed your mind about the purchase
- You no longer want the product
- You ordered the wrong product by mistake
- The item has been opened or used
Damaged Items
We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. The shipping carrier is solely responsible for damage claims.
If your item arrives damaged:
- The shipping carrier is solely responsible for damage claims
- You must file a damage claim directly with the carrier
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number within their specified timeframe
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product as evidence
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if required
We do not process refunds for damaged items. All damage claims must be handled through the shipping carrier's insurance and claims process.
Refund Request Timeframe
You have only 3 days from the date of successful delivery to request a refund.
Important Notes:
- The 3-day period begins on the delivery date confirmed by tracking
- Refund requests received after 3 days will not be accepted
- No exceptions will be made to this deadline
- Ensure you inspect your order immediately upon receipt
Delivery Confirmation:
- "Successful reception" means the date the carrier marks the package as delivered
- Check your tracking information for the exact delivery date
- If you will be unavailable to receive your package, arrange for someone to inspect it on your behalf
Refund Types
Full Refund Only:
- We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances
- If your refund is approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility
What is NOT Refunded:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Transaction fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Customs duties or import taxes paid

How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process
Contact Us Immediately
Email us at contact@bioshee.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, date of delivery, clear photos of the product received, and detailed explanation of why the product doesn't match our promotion.
Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. We will compare your photos with our product listings. You will receive an email confirming approval or denial with return instructions if approved.
Return the Product
Product must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping method and keep your return tracking number as proof.
Receive Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days
Processing times depend on your financial institution. The refund will appear as a credit from DROPLY LLC or Bioshe. Contact your bank if you don't see the refund after the stated timeframe.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are never eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Products received more than 3 days ago
- Items that match our product descriptions and promotions
- Shipping and handling fees
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (if marked as non-refundable)
- Gift cards or promotional credits
