Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 48 hours
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • File a police report if you believe your package was stolen

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Stolen packages after successful delivery
  • Packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
